By accessing and using evidhya.expert and our associated AI Mentor, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Predictors & Academic Disclaimer

Evidhya Expert provides tools such as the EAMCET Rank Predictor, JEE Main Predictor, and Placement Probability analyzers.

3. AI Mentor Usage

Our AI mentor is designed to assist with educational queries. Users agree to:

• Not use the bot to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Not attempt to exploit, prompt-inject, or reverse-engineer the AI backend.
• Acknowledge that AI-generated advice should be verified and is intended as supplementary guidance, not absolute fact.

4. Offline Mentorship & Bookings

Bookings made for offline sessions with our IITian mentors at our Hyderabad office are subject to availability. Evidhya Expert reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of mentor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. Users will be notified promptly of any changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall [EVIDHYA EXPERT LLP], its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service or any career decisions made based on our guidance.
